Lower risk outside but not no risk - especially with people shouting and singing

Spacing fans out by three/four seats instead of two and by two rows instead of one would be safer. Might mean that other fans would feel safe enough to go who don't like what they see now. The safer it is, the more opportunity for more fans to come back if they choose to.
