Is certainly putting together an impressive structure.

I'd hope we are succession planning and looking at how to continue with the plan once they move on.

But Stringer, Walker and even... Lambert were all decent managers for us in their contexts and time.

And I always wonder what could have been if Martin O'Neil had worked to Delia and not... Chase... Sigh
