Yep. I don't want to risk killing someone or giving them or myself long term health damage

Just to go to a football match. Plus there are a number of other reasons why people may not want to go. Not a proper atmosphere, money. If people want to go then good for them but doesn't surprise me that some don't and frankly reassures me that people are still being careful.
