but I don't understand why he is out of the country and hasn't been training.

I don't understand why he hasn't still be training at the club though, so that he could be used in an emergency. And also be more attractive to any potential buyers in January.

We're paying his wages, and he would be very useful to have right now. What exactly is the benefit of freezing him out like this?
