Lack of leaders

It's clear that we have a lack of leaders at out club. As the point is often made, we never really replaced Malky and Iwan(especially in terms of what they offered off the pitch as well as on it) I believe that was why hughes was bought in the first place as he seems a decent bloke, good in the dressing room and a bit of a shouter on the pitch. One problem with this though, id be pretty pissed off if Hughes started shouting s hit at me. Especially given how s**t he is. Malky all 6ft 3 of him could get away with it cos he's obviously a hard bas tard but hughes cant.
