Norwich City head coach Daniel Farke addresses the media ahead of Norwich City's match at Kenilworth Road against Luton Town. Press conference is due to start at 1.15pm.
--------------------------------------------------------------
DF: Max Aarons is alright, that's the best news. All of the players involved in the last game are available for tomorrow. It was just some heavy contact on his shin, we don't expect any setbacks from him for tomorrow.
DF: Apart from this, we won't travel with much of a different squad. Emi Buendia is able to play after his red card. Tim Krul won't be out longer than three weeks and could possibly return a bit earlier, not tomorrow though.
DF: Kenny McLean won't be out for four or five months as worst case scenario, instead we could see him back by Christmas, or the end of January if he needs surgery.
DF: Kieran Dowell could also be back around Christmas, he will join team training soon.
DF: The bench will be tricky, we had five youth players on the bench and don't want to just gift spots for no reason. With Emi Buendia back it means there should be one more person on the bench.
DF: We're happy to play in front of audiences because we can start filling stadiums again. We need to create a feeling in the stadium that everyone feels safe. We have to be disciplined in our protocols, ours are really good and we look forward to having supporters back at Carrow Road.
DF: I think everyone is desperate to have live football again, not in front of the TV. A late winner would've had Carrow Road exploding. Football is a game for human beings, so we're happy fans will be returning sooner rather than later.
DF: We don't look at the table too much, we're happy we're there with many points after relegation hangover. We know we're in a difficult period in terms of injuries, we played the last game without many key players, but turned it into a ten game unbeaten run, we have to keep going.
DF: I trust our doctors and physios to make the right decisions, football is a contact sport so there will be injuries. As soon as someone sounds like they have a major injury to the head, I trust them to take the right decisions and not take unnecessary risks.
DF: I expect Jordan Hugill to be available pretty soon, but we need to wait for an assessment in a few days. Xavi Quintilla is with the doctors at his mother club for assessment because they've spent years with him to know what is wrong.
DF: I was pleased [with Marco Stiepermann]. He played as a striker in Germany many years ago, he was different to Teemu [Pukki] in that he couldn't run and penetrate behind the lines. I know if I need him, he can play in that position again.
DF: We take it for granted that Oliver Skipp plays nearly every game with so little mistakes. He had to adapt in the last two games because he's now playing with Alex Tettey who plays a deeper role, he has to drive the game forward now and was composed to the task. It is no coincidence that he says he has potential to be Tottenham's skipper one day.
DF: You can say in the games before that Luton were unbelievably competitive and it was an exemption to concede four to Cardiff. They'll fight with a knife between their teeth to win duels because that's what you ask for as a head coach. We need to find a solution to handle this and hopefully the right decisions tomorrow.
DF: Both Bali Mumba and Adam Idah are out for at least another ten weeks until they can return back. Todd Cantwell is a similar timeline to Tim Krul, we expect him back in about two weeks, we might get him on the training pitch a few days earlier.
DF: We're allowed five substitutions, so we should always have at least five on the bench because you never know what is going to happen. It is a great experience to take the young lads, but you also want to take some experienced lads. It was a difficult one for players like Tyrese [Omotoye], who was injured, so we said he has to play one half for the Under-23s a day before to make sure.
DF: We have them with us a bit earlier and sooner than we expected, but it's good to get used to the processes. Reece McAlear has been good in training, it is no coincidence he came on the pitch in the last few moments, but we have to be careful with 18 year-old guys.
DF: We have to stick together and grind some results out, it is a lot of responsibility on the older lads shoulders, but it is important the younger lads make impact in the dressing room and prove they can play on this level one day. If I bring them in for the last five-ten minutes, they need to prove they can work hard.
DF: The injuries won't help us tomorrow or at least the next five to ten days, but there are encouraging signs. We need to grind out results for the next few weeks until our key players are back to attack the league again.
DF: I can always count on Max [Aarons], he hadn't missed many matches since coming into our first-team, it's a crucial role. There's nothing broke or damaged, he's a tough guy.
DF: As soon as we stop winning games in a loss or draw, we don't want to speak about the many games because it sounds like excuses. I don't want to mention it too much, we just go through this period because it isn't me making the fixture list. We just need to hopefully deliver a good performance against Luton tomorrow.
DF: I'm looking forward to some yellow shirts in the away ends, but for that we have to wait a bit longer, but it's a good step back towards normality.
