They were putting the fact that More Prem goals were being scored down to no fans too!

Personally I think that for the money they spend most Prem teams are not prepared to play boring negative anti-football (they can afford to get talented players in to play more expansively) so more of the managers who specialise in that sort of thing (Pulis, Warnock, Hughton etc.) are now plying their trade in the Champs. Plus anyone talented who looks like they can play "Prem-style" football gets snapped up so Champs teams are left with the more workhorse types.
