The whole philosophy of the club revolves around

developing youngsters for the first team. Choosing to not play those youngsters when needed doesn't seem to fit for me. Yeah they might not measure up but then at least they have gained invaluable experience as to what it takes to compete at this level. Not a fan of sticking square pegs in round holes.
