I have nothing against VAR it's definitely the future - they've just completely misunderstood the levels of accuracy. (I used to work, obliquely, on the tech behind it - it cannot be used accurately in the way they're trying to)

All they need to do is stick with it to be used to quickly overturn *obvious* mistakes. If it's not obvious, it should be left alone.

How they're managing to f**k it up so badly is impressive.
