Probably not, though, because as far as I know there aren't any relevant professional rules. Interesting one though. George Carman QC (in my world) used to take coke in trial sometimes because he thought it made him faster on his feet. So yeah, that was cheating. And a young man I know at Cambridge gets very angry with fellow students who take Ritalin to help them concentrate in revision periods (and I agree with him). Mind you that is against university rules.
I don't like cheats, basically.
