so no, you're definitely not going to carra to be part of the 2 or 4 thousand.

agree re the % of capacity. someone with an 8,000 capacity ground can have 4,000 in, just like us - surely if 4,000 would be safe there, then 10,000 or something would be safe for us.

but it's impossible to make all this stuff completely logical, without making it impossibly complicated.
