So how come?

We sold two of our best players for eye popping amounts in the summer.
Our confidence was destroyed by relegation.
We have awful injury problems.
We lost at home to the team that are by far the worst in the division.
No one thinks we've played anywhere near to our potential.

So how come we're top?
