I had loads of trouble logging in for the first few games

Turned out they (ifollow/efl)had a letter wrong in my email address, so although I was getting the automatic link to log in on the Canaries page, when I clicked the Watch Live it didn’t recognise me.
I ended up paying for a match and sent a complaint. Must admit I found the ifollow people really helpful and cooperative, my case was dealt with personally and they spent a fair amount of time investigating it. And they refunded my tenner.
