The trouble with these kind of posts is that there must be VERY GOOD reasons why...

Managers don't think "I've got a great player here but I'll just freeze him out for no reason at all"

I wonder if he is on a generous pay as you play (due to the injuries) deal and so freezing him out is partly an economic decision.
