Being a rent gaurantor....
Or more appropriately, a good excuse not to be one. Gf has been asked by a friend to be one on a 6 month rental property - and although she has reservations is feeling that she can't say no. Seems to fulfil all the financial requirements of the letting agency (which said friend knows). Have advised the gf she just says no, but the weight of obligation is heavy. Any advice?
