Also hypnosis/meditation on You Tube among other tips and advice. I think a lot of it is physiological as my brain tells myself that I won't sleep if I don't get to sleep quick and then anxiety sets in.
Sleeping for my wife is a joy she says and she can go to zzzzzzzzz very quickly. For me, it's become a chor.
