Can the member confirm what it was? I am at a lost with my insomnia and tried many remedies without success. My pattern is: if I don't get to sleep within half an hour, I don't get to sleep until 5am [give or take half an hour] and then up at 6.30am.
Had it for years but never this bad. Doc won't prescribe sleeping tabs.
