They were approved a few months ago to be sold at a set price. The set price just got reached with the hype when that press release came. He didn't pick the day, just the price.

All he was doing, back when he made the decision to sell those shares at that price, was backing his own company to be successfful. He wouldn't have known anything about the effectiveness or otherwise of the trials at that point. The regulatory scrutiny these folk are under is huge.

But snide away.
