Do you believe players can perform better in better teams?

With more support/confidence/better tactics/management etc?

Or is it as rigid as: Player A is sh!t FULLSTOP

Let's all hate Hughes and Etuhu - unless you actually enjoy life and look at the positives sometimes as opposed to always looking at the negative aspects!!
