ive broke my ballcock

idiot put the water tank in with about 3mm of clearance to the roof trusses so i had to undo it blind and the t**tting overflow plastic bit got wrenched off by some mole grip cluster f**ks so insted of a six quid washer/valve replacement i've got to buy an entire flipping new ballcock for seventy british euro pounds. it never rains but it literally pours out of the top of the tank into the attic. are soles fish?
