It's not clear to what degree this, or other vaccines, will prevent ongoing transmission (though it'll likely help).

As such, I don't think that vaccine passports are a goer from the point of view that, at the moment there's unlikely to be mass vaccination of the under 50s or younguns.

It'll be a good year or two before we get widespread vaccination - from an economic and risk perspective it'll make sense to un mothball stuff before that.

Registration at venues or events will likely continue to be necessary for contact tracing purposes in the meantime.
