We recently switched to BT from Sky and had to wait

A few weeks for it to come on. Was promised three times it would come on (box will turn blue) a specific day but didn't and had lots of excuses. No TV or Internet for three weeks (recently moved) and just had to watch countless DVDS. 7 year old now obsessed with Rocky as a result.

Having now had BT, it's nowhere near as good as Sky as a product. Yes I'm saving about £15 per month and have BT sport, but not as many channels compared to Sky (no music channels for I.e) and BT make you watch adverts when recorded something or on demand. Also terrible to navigate.

I'd go back to Sky but fixed in.
