FAO Captain Bligh

Since you mentioned CBD oil the other day I remembered that I used to take it with good results. So I dug out my bottle of 5% Jacob Hooy.

It definitely promotes sleep. You have to get the dose right - the first time I took it I did the recommended 5 drops and was completely knocked out which put me off it for months. Now I just do a single drop and it works well. I know they say they've removed all the psychoactive stuff but it always gives me very vivid dreams.
