If it is Betfair then I think it is impossible as Sleepy Joe would have to have died before polling day.

Betfair's market is based on the projected winner for the electoral college. Even if Biden died now that would be him.

If he dies or is incapacitated after then it won't affect the market.

Better bet is Biden still at 1.1. Incredible but I have enough on him already.
