But the community lockdown is because of what’s happening in the hospitals. If there’s no community lockdown and we have few restrictions like many states in America right now with the hospitals overwhelmed and massive community spread, people are still going to change their health seeking behaviour. Well unless of course they think the whole situation is blown out of proportion.
