I don't agree with those priorities

On any Utilitarian analysis, a basic question would be "how many years has this person potentially got left?" (in addition to "how vulnerable are they?")

Of course you could only achieve the perfect Utilitarian solution with knowledge of what each person would contribute to the world with the extra years that they might be given by the vaccine. But "how vulnerable are they?" should not be the only metric.
