Exactly that.

I was on the verge of going to the doc about it. Night after bloody night for years. You end up going to bed accepting you might wake up in a couple of hours and just sort of get used to it and accept it's part of getting old.

I first tried it back in the summer and it seemed to help a bit but I didn't realise I'd inadvertently purchased some dodgy Chinese s**t from Amazon advertised as American imported.

A bit of research and a lot of recommendations led me to a British based manufacturer who also donate 20% of their profits to mental health charities. I'll name them if anyone asks but don't want to seem like I'm giving a cheap plug.

I'm not lying when I say it appears to have totally transformed my sleep at the moment. The last week has been lovely.

And no desire to eat chocolate and listen to Pink Floyd.
