Why is the Isle of Wight where there has been an increase of 20 real people better than where I live (Rochford) where because less than 100k people live here there were only 5 more people?

I don’t disagree with the lockdown as common sense is all that you need to see that there was a need to nip the growth in the bud as soon as the colder weather arrived but we have a government without that. I just believe that ignoring the real numbers (people) and using this statistic is wrong it is individuals who pass on the virus not imagined people per 100k.
