Yeah, pubs, restaurants and non essential shops

but it seems a lot more people are ignoring this one compared to the last one. Roads were almost deserted last time, traffic down to 1950s levels.

amazing wasnt it? and no traffic plod. i got up to 157 mph on the A47 no hassle at all
