Re cooking corn on the cob....

There used to be a restaurant in Norwich called the Aquarium. They used to cook corn on the cob covered in peanut butter, chopped green chillies, and lots of olive oil. They would cook it in a dish in the oven and serve with French fries. It was amazingly good.
