Trouble is, its rhetorical, there is no-one around, ever, to do so, even if you want them to & if you did ask, no doubt it would either be some surly Goth ("Hi, my names 'Trainee'") who would throw your things in the bags and break them all or some little old retired bloke who you'd feel obliged to help pick up the sugar, lest he strain himself with the weight...
