eBay bidding histories are weird to look at. It goes something like this.....

Bidder A bids ?10.00 for an item with starting price ?1.00. Bidder B bids ?3.00 then ?5.00 then ?10.00. Bidder C bids ?15.00. Bidder A really wants it so bids again at ?20.00

The history will go......

Bidder A ?15.01
Bidder C ?10.01
Bidder A ?10.00
Bidder A ?5.00
Bidder A ?3.00
Bidder A ?1.00

or very similar......
