I don't think its unlawful as such, but if they can work from home effectively

then that is what they should be doing.
He'd struggle to be able to do anything about it if the staff insisted on WFH.

We are keeping some staff in, but its those that don't have an area to work from home, or don't want to go back in to isolation.

All nicely spaced, with good procedures in place.
