I think he's brilliant

And perfect for the current project.

Be interesting to see if he kicks on - our managers haven't had much of a track record once they've moved on.

(also, I'd say that Walker or Stringer would edge in as our 'best' - the accurate, though depressing answer is probably O'Neill)
