Frustrating game. Played pretty well for most of it

As usual a combination of poor decision making and poor shooting meant we didn’t work the keeper as much as some of our excellent passing and build up play deserved. It’s another 2 points gone begging but at least we continue the unbeaten run and results elsewhere show everyone seems to have the odd slip up in them. Makes Swansea on Saturday important though.

I thought Farke slipped back into bad habits by leaving the changes too late tonight and then when we did make them they lost us momentum whereas their subs improved them and I was nervous they might nick it late on. I’m also a bit worried about Hugill. Not sure if he’s just trying a bit to hard but he just seems to be charging around fouling people at present and not really being effective.

Thought Rupp and Sorensen did well today. Again some glimpses of what the latter could bring to the midfield with some of his tackles.
