If his daughter walks into the restaurant and sits down she blocks the shooters clean shot of Tony. The daughter taking time to park means as she walks into the restaurant, her parking has made way for the guy to come back out the loo to clean shoot tony

Everyone else in the restaurant is a symbol of past and present of who's been killed by the firm.

The ginger cat and orange symbolism throughout the finale is from the godfather and represents death is imminent. The ginger cat is widely rumoured to be that, and is Adriana's spirit (hence the cat follows christophers picture round the room)
