Not starting an argument here

Real life situation as of today.

The missus has tested positive for covid..... me negative.
We don’t live together but we are around each other daily. ( haven’t seen each other since Friday when she was feeling rough.)

We both have Young children from different relationships.... She’s isolating with her child

What’s the options...
