Highlander

A film whose opening act is set in Scotland. However, literally none of the characters could do a Scottish accent. Not even one and most of them not even close.

With one exception, whose Scottish accent was perfect - played by Sean Connery.

Only hitch being, he was supposed to be Spanish. The only non-scot in the entire first act.
