on reflection i think i should apologise to any offence i caused any northern monkeys

on reflection i see the trick the govt is pulling here and it is a nifty one. put everyone in tier 4 then loosen restrictions in 4 or so weeks for areas with low covids. thereby encouraging people to behave properly in other areas and bring the R down across the nation.

if they choose to ignore the guidelines they then have to stay in tier 4 and cant go to spoons. genius.
