I never mentioned the rights or wrongs....

For instance I could absolutely see where a lot of business owners could get together and defy the ban.

If the choice is, go broke or go along. Some could say f**k it..... nothing to lose.
If enough do it, what will the authorities do?
Arrest every business owner?
