Bobby Ball.. What a man!

Bobby Ball. Great man

I met him in 2002 when he came to to share his faith at my church in Crawley. I was a church pastor (still am but now in Swindon) and He and his wife Yvonne didn't know how to get to the church. So we arranged to meet them off the M25 near a farm on a dirt track. Funniest thing ever. Bobby Ball, huge black BMW, down country lane. I don't know what the farmer would have thought if he had come out. It was hilarious. I remember him saying to me, laughingly. 'Dont you use any of my comedy material for your sermons' but of course I did. And still do.
What a great funny man. What a laugh. What memories. And his wife Yvonee one of the loveliest ladies I've ever met and he loved her so much. She was his rock. So sad. RIP bobby
