A vaccine won;t be 100% effective but even if it reduces transmission by 60% then

that will enable us to get back to something approaching normality, esepcially if the vulnerable are the ones vaccinated.

Covid will still exist and people will still get it but hopefully over time it will weaken as well.

Its a really weird disease. My youngest son's just had it and none of the rest of us got (or if we did we had no symptoms) despite isolating with him in the same house for 14 days and not being able to social distance from him at all.
