Then in that instance you cannot control language as there would be discrimination

I.e due to the nature of ones skin, certain words, phrases are banned.

Hence why if we are policing words, then it should apply to all people.

If someone uses the n word they can potentially be prosecuted under hate speech laws.

If a black person used that term to another black person or used the phase "White n word" to a white person then surely they should be equality in prosecution under the same law?
