"Take two of these and call me in the morning"

One of the many differences between the sexuality of men and women is that men tend to enjoy morning sex (probably due to the fact this is the time of day when testosterone levels are highest), while women mostly prefer to keep bedroom activity reserved for nighttime.

The phrase “take two of these and call me in the morning” is something a doctor might say to a woman with a headache. So in this line Pharrell is giving the women his “medicine”.
