Is my go to sandwich.
Obviously it's best on Italian foccacia made by a bloke called Donatello. Best served in the Calibria region with shallots grown in volcanic soil watered by authentic Italians. If it were watered by immigrant labour, that's not really authentic, but I'm in no way a racist or anti immigration. I just want to protect the authenticity of my middle class sandwich.
