This is now day 207 for me without a penny of support.

I have just done my first 7 days of work remotely for an institution 100 miles away. It went well, but I don't expect to get paid till that organisation's pay run at the end of November. I am lucky I had some savings to fall back on but they have almost gone now. There are people in the support/lobby group I belong to who are taking their lives because they are now in so much debt and cannot take any more. If anyone here needs to access advice, MH support, update skills or just vent feelings amongst people who have been unsupported, or minimally supported, please feel free to look at the ExcludedUK website and do join their group on Facebook or Twitter. In truth, joining the group has kept me sane and really helped.
