The club are surprisingly less keen to highlight seasons 98-9, 99-0, 00-01 and 02-03, when they also spent more than 70 per cent of our turnover on wages.

That is partly why the Chase-era debt never really disappeared.
And if the Board do not keep a lid on wages then S-T prices & other costs at Norwich will continue to outstrip inflation by multiples.
