Thanks to whoever it was that recommended the Social Dilemma.

Sufficiently impressed and concerned that I've ditched FaceBook and as best I could removed Google from my life. Helps that I'm an iPhone user and for those interested I would recommend Brave (Web Browser) and DuckDuckGo (Search Engine) as Chrome and Google alternatives.
