I've got the Varoomshka colouring book though not in the toilet

It is in a bookcase in the living room.

A collection of satirical strips aimed mainly at the Heath government so qualifies on item 1, though also goes after Wilson. Originally published in...the Guardian.

The drawings of Varoomshka herself are probably NSFW and would not be published there today, I think.
