lack of planning, failure to recruit

I see that Everton are using Godrey at right-back.

Pathetic that Everton haven't recruited properly. Why don't they have a back-up right-back? It is just being cheap, using square pegs to fill round holes. It smacks of poor planning.

Also it is a clear failure of the Sports' Science department when a player has to go off injured after just 30 minutes with a hammy. I hear that the warm-down guru was shagging Bill Kenwright's grandaughter so they got rid of the entire departmant and now their Sports Science team is Joe Royle and a cold sponge.....
